The technological and functional capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are developing rapidly. Nowadays, globally capable UAV systems, which are capable of autonomous landing and departure, performing autonomous duties, working outside the line of sight (LOS), are being actively used by civil/military organizations. Moreover, UAVs provide efficiency, security and economic benefits to public, military and commercial organizations. Today UAV flights are carried out in "reserved airspace"—in areas allocated for UAV flights— that is approved by aeronautical authorities.
