Thanks to the progress made in programming and data access, today machines can successfully accomplish many tasks that require human touch and even those seems completely impossible. The RAND Corporation's report titled "How Artificial Intelligence Will Affect the Hazards of Nuclear War" reveals that artificial intelligence can lead to an increase in the use of nuclear weapons and may trigger a nuclear arms race.
