Dr. Ali Taha KOÇ

Dr. Ali Taha KOÇ completed his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of Bilkent University in 2001. He has received his MSc and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Texas University in Dallas. In 2006, KOÇ, who started working as a research and development engineer in Intel, developed 73 patents, published 23 articles in scientific journals and managed many international projects. In 2013, he was awarded as one of the 10 most patent developer engineer in Intel. In 2014 he started to work in Turkey as Prime Counsel at the Prime Ministry and was appointed to the Presidency Information Technology Directorate same year. He was appointed as the President of the Digital Transformation Office on September 12, 2018. He is also a board member of Turksat Satellite Communication Cable TV and Operation Inc. and gives lectures at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bilkent University.
