Developments which are expected to realise in artificial intelligence technology may enable this technology to become more determinant over humankind’s destiny. However, the progress achieved so far on artificial intelligence is very limited that we cannot certainly know the future of this power. At least for now, scientists can make only forecasts on what the future of this technology. For instance, in his speech at the University of Cambridge's Artificial Intelligence Group famous physicist Stephen Hawking mentioned that “The rise of a strong artificial intellingence could be both the best and the worst thing ever happened to the mankind. We do not know which one is to happen.”
