One of the main sources of the 21st century disruptive technologies is the advances in material science. Thanks to the research and development activities of materials science, the capacities of computer processors, sensors, satellites, measuring devices, cameras and other optical devices have increased significantly while their volumes have rapidly decreased. While the costs of new technologies have been decreased by new materials, their application areas have expanded and achieved an unprecedented speed of innovation. Graphene, one of the last miracles of material science, has very serious potential for the future by its usage possibilities in almost all sectors.
